WORKS START: Lidl Delnice

Under the expert supervision of GARK Konzalting, the reconstruction and modernisation of the LIDL F214 retail facility in Delnice is currently ongoing.

This is the smallest Lidl store in Croatia, located in a location with a limited number of retail facilities, which further emphasizes the importance of this project. The project envisages an expansion of the total area by 422 m², which will significantly improve the functionality and quality of the store itself. The main design includes: expanding the sales area, increasing the warehouse capacity with the installation of a cold storage room and bakery, building new staff rooms, and comprehensive modernisation of the facility according to modern standards. We are currently in the phase of building the attached part of the facility and installing "OMNIA" panels. In parallel, preparations are being made for the installation of laminated wooden beams with a span of more than 20 meters, which will represent an important structural element of the new extension.
