Reconstruction of the Podravka administrative building in Koprivnica has begun
Podravka's seven-storey building, which was built in the late 1970s, is undergoing reconstruction.
Reconstruction of the Podravka administrative building in Koprivnica has begun. The main contractor is Radnik d.d., and Gark Konzalting provides construction supervision service. When conducting expert supervision, we will use the digital platform for project administration Gark Project Administrator, which we developed ourselves. Client Podravka d.d. has high expectations in terms of quality of work, meeting deadlines and budget control. Therefore, this time we will apply the Gark project management methodology, which means collecting quality and accurate information and keeping structured and consistent project documentation, which simplifies decision-making and reduces risks and costs.
The reconstruction of Podravka's office building will improve energy efficiency, corporate and information security of the system and provide appropriate working conditions that will fully meet the company standards and meet new modern requirements.
Reconstruction and modernization of the building will be carried out in the existing dimensions of the building, and the completion of works is planned for the summer of 2022.
