Preliminary design of The pool complex “Terme Bjelovar” is completed!
The preliminary design of the pool complex has been completed and presented to the public.
Gark Konzalting participates in the project as a project management in the project documentation development phase.
The value of the project is estimated at HRK 250 million. It is planned to build a pool complex with a capacity of 1800 visitors, which consists of an Olympic pool with grandstands, spaces for swimming sport clubs, indoor and outdoor recreational pools with attractions for different ages, restaurants, spa facilities, fitness, covered garage for visitors and other facilities.
The pool complex will be unique in this part of Europe in terms of the facilities it will offer and sustainable green construction that relies on renewable energy sources such as geothermal water sources and solar power plants.
