ONGOING PROJECT: Tour of Ičići site – Marriott delegation

Client representatives visited our construction site in Ičići today, 14th November 2024, to check out the progress of the renforced concrete structure of the Marriott International Hotel in Ičići.

During the visit, together with the project manager from DDG Group, the expert supervision of GARK Konzalting and the main contractor, the company Degrad, we analysed the progress of the reinforced concrete structure to date and discussed the upcoming phases of the project.

They showed particular interest in the future hotel facilities, such as the luxurious spa center, swimming pool complex and spacious apartments, and examined how they will meet the needs of future guests and contribute to a unique stay experience. The conversation focused on the facilities of the Marriott Hotel in Ičići with the aim of adapting to the expectations of target guests, which ensures the hotel's competitiveness in the market.
