ONGOING PROJECT: Hotel Marriott

After the summer break, work continues on our construction site of the Marriott International hotel in Ičići. The future hotel is divided into 5 parts that include a hotel and 7 villas, and the total net area of all buildings is 18,600 m2. This project is one of the largest hotel investments in Croatian tourism, and we are proud to cooperate on the construction of a world-renowned hotel chain and thus contribute to the hospitality offer of the Kvarner Bay.

Construction monitoring is being performed with the help of our digital platform for project administration GAP and by applying our GARK project management methodology, which includes pre-prepared forms for the necessary administration on the construction site as well as maintaining structured and consistent project documentation through quality communication with all participants on the construction site in order to complete the project on time and in the best possible quality.
