NEW PROJECT: Marriott Hotel in Ičići

We're proud to announce a new venture our company has undertaken to provide services of construction supervision for the project of hotel Marriott in Ičići (Kvarner Bay), one of the largest investments in hotel tourism in Croatia.

For the Client Riva's hotels&resorts, with the help of project manager DDG Group Company, GARK konzalting will, in the role of construction supervisor, track phase 2 of building project that involves works on the preapration of foundation soil, earthworks, concrete and reinforced concrete works as well as the construction of the steel structure of the hotel. Our team of experts will monitor the dynamics of hotel construction using the self-developed GAP software and well-established GARK methods and standards for construction monitoring.

The five star hotel and it's villas will have 178 accommodation units in total (hotel and 7 villas). The construction project is being carried out in 5 phases, and the completion of construction works is expected by the end of 2024. The gross area will amount to 22.508,18 m2 with a total of 7 floors of the hotel (4 underground levels, ground floor and 2 above-ground floors), which includes a wellness, restaurant, cognress halls and an annex with 2 floors, which includes apartments  on the first floor and office spaces on the ground floor.

We are pleased to begin the realisation of this ambitious project, which marks our first cooperation with the Marriott International brand and the construction of the first hotel from the brand in Croatia in general.
