NEW PROJECT: LDC Podravka

In April, engineers of GARK Konzalting had their hands full at the new construction site in Koprivnica, where the investor Podravka d.d. is building a new Logistics and Distribution Center in the Danica business zone. LDC Podravka will consist of 3 buildings - an administrative building, a high-rack robotic warehouse and warehouse with a docking terminal, with a total area of 26,120.73 m2, as well as surrounding roads and accompanying communal infrastructure. The total capacity of the LDC will amount to almost 62 thousand pallet places in different temperature regimes, and in the near future it is planned to connect with the main export warehouse located nearby.

The investment worth 48 million euros is one of the largest in the history of Podravka and we are extremely proud that they chose us to collaborate on this project of special importance for the entire company and all its employees. We expect continued successful cooperation with the investor through the completion of this project within the budget and on time, as we have proven our competence in the previous project of reconstruction of the administrative building of Podravka in the center of Koprivnica. Completion of the work on the Logistics and Distribution Center is planned for the second half of 2024.
