COMPLETED PROJECT: LDC Podravka

On November 21, 2024, the largest investment in the history of the Podravka company was opened - the Podravka logistics and distribution center in Koprivnica, where GARK Konzalting was appointed as expert construction supervision.

Works began in March 2023. The project includes a fully automated high-bay warehouse, an express warehouse, an administrative building, and roads with all the necessary infrastructure, which extends over more than 26,100 m2 of gross plot area. The high-rack robotic warehouse has an area of ​​6,790 m2 and a height of 33 m. The warehouse construction is constructed as a self-supporting steel racking structure. The total warehouse capacity is 62,000 pallet spaces in various temperature regimes, in which 7 fully automated robots with a height of 30 m operate. The express warehouse building is designed as a two-story (ground floor and first floor), with a floor area of ​​8,910 m2, composed of a reinforced concrete prefabricated structure. The administrative building is a ground-floor facility with a gross area of ​​570 m2.

The logistics and distribution center will meet the expected needs for warehouse space on the Croatian market in the next ten years.
