BUILDING PROGRESS: Botinec u ❤️

As part of the Botinec u srcu project, which includes 14 residential buildings, a children's playground and a kindergarten, GARK Konzalting is participating in construction supervision of 3 entire buildings. The total project includes 56 modern apartments of various sizes (40–85 m²) and commercial space, and the future residential spaces include: high-quality PVC joinery with triple glazing, underfloor heating via a heat pump, an underground garage, electric roller shutters, preparation for electric vehicle charging stations, and spaces surrounded by greenery and a variety of additional facilities. The work on the reinforced concrete structure was completed in August and the final craftsman work is currently underway. We are pleased to be able to participate in the increase in residential space in Croatia's capital, which is much needed!
