Gark Konzalting is providing project management service on new Croatian Post complex
The construction of the new administrative building of the Croatian Post has begun, which will have a net area of 5,600 m2 and an accompanying parking lot with 85 parking spaces.
The construction of the new administrative building of the Croatian Post in Velika Gorica has begun. The main contractor is the company Radnik d.d., and Gark Konzalting on this project provides a project management service.
Construction of the new office building within the Croatian Post Sorting Center began on 20 July. This is the second phase of construction of the New Sorting Center, which will complete the complex. The new office building will have a gross area of 6,223 m2 and a net area of 5,600 m2. A parking lot with 85 parking spaces will be built next to it. The new facility will be a continuation of the existing office building and after the completion of works will be merged into a single unit. The facility will have a ground floor and four floors where office space, meeting rooms, auxiliary and technical rooms will be located.
The deadline for the construction of the new office building is 18 months, and the plan for the completion of works is at the end of 2022.
